Bouygues Construction Nuclear Expertise regularly operates on nuclear sites in Normandy on behalf of EDF. We are looking for a Q3SE RP Coordination Executive for the IEG - B2S market who will provide support for electrical works and whose main responsibilities will include:

Before the Works

• Verify the intervention follow-up files produced by the preparators, particularly if safety issues are involved.
• Control the adequacy of risk analyses with activities.
• Ensure proper management of equipment in connection with the storekeeper.
• Q3SERP welcome for new participants on the project.
• Ensure 100% of field teams are trained in SST.
• Facilitate Health workshops: awareness on nutrition, MSDs, gestures and postures in connection with the BCEN ergonomist.
• Act as the CRP relay at the Paluel site.

During the Works

• Verify intervention follow-up documents, during and at the end of the matter.
• Support teams during work with safety/dosimetry/major risk issues (lifting, working at height, etc.).
• Ensure the role of prevention officer (during work near tension, risk of falling from height - ladder/step ladder, risk of contamination).
• Regular talks on Q3SERP topics.
• Co-facilitate morning warm-ups or before risky activities (e.g., cable pulling).
• Conduct field visits.
• Assist with the drafting/control/follow-up/closure of anomaly sheets.
• Declare/analyze health safety and radioprotection events.

Permanent Missions

• Participate in Q3SERP meetings with the client.
• Ensure reporting for the Paluel site (Safety, RP indicators, etc.).
• Conduct the REX ALARA (prepare and participate in committees).
• Prepare audits (internal, certification, client).
• Liaise with the Q3SERP BCEN project manager (Paluel is one of the 4 sites of the project).

Travel: Position based in Paluel with occasional travel to the Flamanville site.
