Northern and Northwestern CT Primary Care and Family Medicine group practices - Hospital affiliated.

Job Function:

• Monday - Friday, 8a - 5p
• No weekends or evening hours
• 36 clinical hrs and 4 clinical hours a week
• Phone call only with nurse triage, avg. 2 wknds a year and 1 weekday every 5-6 weeks
• MAs and nurses for each provider
• Each site has lab/x-ray on site or in adjacent building
