Job Function :
- Monday - Friday, 8a - 5p
- 36 clinical hours and 4 admin hours a week
- Phone call only with nurse triage, avg 2 weekends a year and 1 weekday every 5-6 weeks
- MAs and nurses for each provider
- Each site has lab/x-ray on site or in adjacent building
