Job Description
Work Dates Needed: October - for 3 months with possible extension Preferred Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm Worksite Setting: FQHC, outpatient setting with 7 to 10 other primary care providers Scope of Work: babies to adults all primary care visits. 3 patients per hour / 24 patients a day. Lab on site but no x-ray Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: CA license & DEA. Must be board certified. EMR: EPIC
