Job Description

Bouygues Energies & Services currently has an exciting opportunity for a full-time FM Co-ordinator to join our Facilities Management team at West Middlesex University Hospital in Isleworth. This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week, from 08.00 to 17.00, Monday to Friday 

The role:

Reporting to the Operations Manager
Responsible for all pricing and executing all small works at the Hospital.
To effectively manage and develop the service across the estate, using standards set by the Company.
To maintain a close liaison with the Client ensuring the requirements of delivering small works are met
To deliver at all times, high-quality Small Works projects within the Hospital estate by applying professional expertise and management control, thus ensuring added value, increased productivity, and cost-effective service. 
To identify and develop opportunities across the contract to enhance business and revenue growth
To produce a project budget and be responsible for actual performance against it taking remedial action when applicable to ensure that the budget is achieved
To advise sub-contractors regarding invoicing requirements and to check the validity of sub-contractor’s advice notes and invoices
To support all managers for invoicing procedures and variations, FM ANC’s & ANC pricing schedules
Working 40 hours per week from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday

The person:

Experience of co-ordinating projects ideally within building services/FM
Must have experience in a building services related discipline at a professional level
Able to demonstrate commitment to Health and Safety
Well organised with strong administrative skills
Customer focused with excellent communication skills
Dynamic and flexible with a can-do approach
