Job Description

  • Work Dates Needed : June 3rd - 3 to 6 months ( 1 month for credentials)
  • Preferred Schedule : 40 hours a week, 5 days a week needed
  • Worksite Setting: Outpatient client FQHC. 20 patients per day. All ages.
  • Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: CA license, DEA, BLS, Clean background / license, NPDB, MD or DO & Board Certified.
