Bouygues Energies & Services currently has an exciting opportunity for a Hard FM Manager to join our Facilities Management team working on our Greater Manchester police TFM contract. This is a permanent role working 40 hours per week from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday.
Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager
Management of all Fabric Maintenance Services, a team of Maintenance Assistants and Fabric Subcontractors to the contract specification and client satisfaction.
Responsible/Competent Person (RP/CP) for the Services you manage with accountability for ensuring Statutory/Contractual compliance.
Ensure planned and reactive work is completed to service level agreements
Responsible for planning work for direct and subcontract labour and ensure that this work is carried out within cost and time targets
Working 40 hours per week from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday
Able to demonstrate good people management skills and experience dealing with HR matters including attendance, appraisals, performance issues, training and resourcing of staff.
Will have significant experience in a building services environment
Knowledge of other FM disciplines and/or working in a PFI environment
Must be able to achieve and retain relevant vetting clearance required by the client
Good communication and customer service skills
Sound IT skills including CAFM experience, or similar
Full driving licence as travel to various sites across the contract will be required
